What we collect

When you submit an event we collect the event details you provide, your name and email address, and an optional poster. We also keep a one-way scrambled code of your connection (not your IP address itself) for up to 30 days to prevent spam.

How we use it

Event details are reviewed and, if approved, published on this calendar, our shop-window display and our weekly social media round-up. Your name and email are never published; they are only seen by our admin team to contact you about your listing.

How long we keep it

• Events disappear from the public calendar once they finish.
• Organiser contact details are deleted automatically 6 months after the event ends.
• Rejected submissions are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw a listing, at any time by contacting Woodhouse Property Consultants. Lawful basis: your consent, given when you submit.

We use no advertising trackers on this site.
